Jocelyn and Raykel got what every winter wedding couple dreams of: snow on their wedding day! And the best kind, soft flurries started falling during their reception at Vie Philadelphia, just late enough that it didn't interfere with any other part of the day. These two started their wedding day with getting ready at home, followed by a sweet church ceremony before partying the night away in Philadelphia.
