There is nothing like photographing a new environment, whether that's across town, across the state, or across the country. When I decided to visit Utah this summer I knew we were visiting for the incredible sights, so of course I had to plan a photoshoot while I was out there! I spent a few days looking through thrift stores at home for some cool pieces to bring and settled on this gorgeous sheer dress with my signature white cowgirl boots. I spoke to a few local models who had become unavailable and Braxtyn came through at the last minute to make our shoot happen just at the right time and everything fell into place. We found flowers for sale on the side of the road, the dress fit her just perfectly, and we got the most amazing sunlight with Mount Timpanogos as our beautiful backdrop. It was like my Pinterest inspiration board come to life!
